Off The Hoof


In The Beginning

I have worked in the restaurant business for about 35 years, started out as a busboy, and eventually worked my way up to a server, cook, bartender, manager, district manager, and now the owner.

The Next Step

The owner of T.J. Mulligans ask me if I wanted to open my own restaurant, I thought about it and decided I would like to own a burger place that offered different types of meat. I told my wife this and she said "that is off the hoof" at that moment we decided that would be the name!
